Would you like to get involved with the event?
We need help with the following:

  • Putting out road and route signs before the event
  • Collecting road and route signs after the event
  • Double checking the route descriptions for accuracy
  • Manning Check points on the day
  • Help at Registration and finish desks on the day
  • Display a poster for us at work or home
  • Sponsoring a check point – squash, biscuits, cups
  • Tell your friends about the event
  • Any ideas of your own you have to help...

    44K/26 miles register from
    7.30am, start at 8.30am

    25K/15 miles register from
    8.30am, start at 9.30am

    10K/6 miles guided Blue Badge walk, register from 9.30am,
    start at 10am

    Runners:
    44K/26 miles register from
    8.30am, start at 9.30am

    25K/15 miles register from
    9.30am, start at 10.30am

    Everyone to have completed
    the course by 19.00pm
