Please note - This course is designed for walkers. You are free to run it if you wish but will need to refer to the written route descriptions. No runners may start before the official start times above - The check points will not be open!

ENTRANTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO RUN WITHIN
THE ABBEY GARDENS.

Checkpoints are manned by volunteers – please be nice to them!

This event does not fall with the scope of the Adventure Activities Licensing Regulations because none of the routes go over moorland, go over 600metres, or go more than 30 minutes travelling time from an accessible road.
